We stayed in a lovely romantic and beautiful room in old asian style.

It was wonderful time in Ha Long. This hotel was ideal place for exploring Ha Long, greatly enjoyed it. The staff was really kind, the service was very efficient, they shared some useful information. The location was amazing for exploring this beach area, not far from the Royal Wings Cruise for 2 days 1 night, Cat Ba island, kayaking, swimming and the pick up/drop off ports.

The room was spacious and decorated in a classic Asian style, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the location was conveniently close to Bai Tu Long Bay and Ha Long Bay, as well as Cat Ba Island, offering activities like kayaking and swimming.

The cruise ship offered a delightful trip through Halong Bay with a variety of activities including treks to cave, boating, swimming, and cooking lessons. the staff were attentive, friendly, and catered to the different dietary needs of the people. the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with luxurious facilities like pearl sales and excellent cocktails. the cruise offered a beautiful view of the bay and provided efficient dining services.

One minor negative point was that some activities like the beach area could have been more organized to avoid congestion as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The La Regina Royal Cruise in Ha Long Bay exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly done. The food was of high quality, and the activities offered were fun and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this cruise for a luxurious and memorable vacation.

The boat was stunning and our cabin was very spacious. We loved the delicious meals on board and the friendly staff ensured we had everything we needed. The activities were perfectly timed and we had plenty of opportunities to explore the sights around us.

The strict swimming rules and always having to wear life jackets on the tender boat. The organization of the cave and beach areas could use some improvement.

We also appreciated the well, organized itinerary which included interesting activities such as snorkeling and cultural experiences. the food was also a highlight, with a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. we felt that we got our money's worth.

One of the biggest issues was the lack of communication about room upgrades.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, and there were good options for vegetarians. The activities offered were varied and interesting.

The air-conditioned rooms at La Regina Royal Cruise are absolutely stunning. With wooden flooring and a cozy seating area, I instantly felt at ease. The tranquil views of the sea added to the overall serenity of the room. As a guest who appreciates comfort and relaxation, this room was the perfect fit for me.

Although I loved everything about the room, I personally found the shower facility to be a bit tiny. However, I understand that others might not have the same concern and still enjoy their stay.

This hotel is an incredible place to relax and unwind. the spa and wellness centre was amazing, the massage was refreshing and rejuvenating, and the beauty treatment made me feel like a royalty. the service was excellent, attentive and friendly. the location was perfect, surrounded by lush gardens and with easy beach access. I couldn't be happier with the exclusive amenities provided, such as the solarium, the sun terrace and the private facilities.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities. I was really looking forward to a delicious BBQ with friends and family, but unfortunately this was not available.
